Rollforge is an AI-powered training journal for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioners. The Service allows you to:

• Log training sessions using voice or text input
• Receive AI-generated coaching insights and recommendations
• Track your progress over time
• Store your training history securely

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service (training logs, notes, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a license to:

• Store and process your content to provide the Service
• Use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our AI models

We will never share your personal training data with third parties without your consent.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The coaching advice provided by Rollforge is generated by artificial intelligence and is for informational purposes only. This advice:

• Is not a substitute for professional instruction from a qualified BJJ coach
• Should not be used as medical advice for injuries
• May not be suitable for all skill levels or situations

Always consult with your instructor and medical professionals regarding training decisions.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

7. Subscription and Payments

The Service may offer free and paid tiers. For paid subscriptions:

• Billing occurs on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
• Refunds are provided at our discretion
• Prices may change with 30 days notice

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will cease
• Your data will be deleted within 30 days (unless legally required to retain)

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI RECOMMENDATIONS WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO INJURIES SUSTAINED DURING TRAINING.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
